The room was the perfect size to spread out a bit with all of our ski gear. Having a couch and coffee table was really helpful. Beds were comfy, bathroom was good. The drying room worked well for our ski boots, skis etc. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was great, near lots of restaurants, and the convenience store and shuttle bus to ski fields was a 1 minute walk. We really loved staying here.

Khloe

Our stay was incredible. The rooms were spacious but cozy and exceeded our expectations. Access to the ski fields was easy with buses going constantly from outside the hotel. There were plenty of meal options with restaurants attached/surrounding the hotel. Shakespeare is situated in the main street of Echoland so you have access to plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. We loved our stay as a group!

The staff could be more helpful, from requests about access to the ski slopes, to assistance with accommodating our 2 year old, they went out of their way to provide assistance. The location was perfect, with access to five restaurants onsite, equipment rentals and Hakuba Valley bus at the end of the street (less than 100m), a convenience store next door, there is no better location in Echoland.

Corbett

We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. The location is great for easy access to buses for ski fields and dinner and food options. The dry room, washing machines, and easy return of ski gear were convenient amenities to have. The staff were helpful and answered every question we had. The only reason the stay is an 8 is because it is outdated.

Morgan

Reasonably spacious room by Japanese standards. Breakfast on site with adequate options. Staff super friendly and helpful. Several restaurants on site (particularly liked the Italian place - Tomatito for atmosphere and food quality). Hire skis could be left on site for collection by rental companies. Snow shuttle stop right outside hotel.
